Adidas Unveils Footwear, Apparel on ‘Candace Parker Day’ in Chicago

In Summary

The Candace Parker Collection consists of athletic apparel and footwear, which includes custom Exhibit Ace Low sneakers in three colorways.

Chicago doesn’t belong to only Michael Jordan. Candace Parker has keys to the city, too.

Sept. 16 was proclaimed as “Candace Parker Day” and to honor the legend, Adidas launched a performance apparel collection for CP3.

The Candace Parker Collection consists of athletic apparel and footwear, which includes custom Exhibit Ace Low sneakers in a trio of colorways. The look of the sneakers will represent key chapters in Parker’s life. The footwear will also give tribute to her late college coach, Pat Summitt, and her daughter.

“This collection represents so many important moments in my career and our hope is that it will reach and inspire the next generation of passionate athletes,” Parker said in a statement. “It is amazing to see the progress female athletes have made over the last 20 years and this moment is an important step in the expansion of women’s basketball.”
