Jada Pinkett Smith, Fat Joe, Deepak Chopra, and others are joining forces to address the traumas caused by COVID-19 and racial protests across the country.

People of color are disproportionately affected by COVID-19 and with the recent escalation of violence connected to police involved killings of black people, tension and anxiety is engulfing these communities.

National Anti-Violence leader, Erica Ford, is hosting the fundraiser to try to pump love and support back into these communities which will be held on Wednesday, June 3 at 6 a.m. There will be conversations throughout the day, along with music and other entertainment. Actors, athletes and activists will join in the discussion about systemic failures that have led to the public health crisis.

Summer programs have been cancelled and this fundraiser aims to raise money for children who need help this summer.

You can participate by going to @ericaford_ilovemylife on instagram.
