The rapper will pay his ex-wife $100 million as part of a property settlement agreement. The payments will happen in two $50 million installments, with the first payment happening this year, according to People.
As part of the deal, Young will keep Rolls Royce, Range Rover, Escalade limousine and Spyder motorcycle—plus her jewelry, but must move out of the Malibu beach house by the end of the month, per reports.
The producer, whose real name is Andre Young, is worth $820 million. He and Young were married for 24 years and have two adult children together.
Young claimed the rapper was abusive toward her, saying he held a gun to her head in 2000 and 2001 and punched her in the head in 1999 and 2000, according to People. She said she developed PTSD from the abuse.
The divorce proceedings often became contentious, as his wife served him divorce papers during his grandmother’s funeral.
Dr. Dre seemingly celebrated his divorce from Young earlier this month in a picture of himself in front of balloons that spelled out “DIVORCED AF.”
As part of the agreement, Young will not receive spousal support.
