“I had COVID that sh*t grew in weird I had to start again,” Drake replied to the fan with the cry-laughing emoji, adding, “It’s coming back don’t diss.”
For those who aren’t aware, the rapper started wearing his heart on his hairline around August 2020, per a tweet from Pop Crave, as an ode to his “Certified Lover Boy” persona and forthcoming album of the same name.
Following his exposure to COVID-19 in March 2020 while hanging out with NBA player Kevin Durant, who had tested positive, Drake was among the first celebrities to openly discuss getting tested, as reported by PEOPLE’s Julie Mazziotta. His results came back negative at the time, with him adding that the testing process was an “uncomfortable” experience.
