Super Bowl Champion Kevin Faulk’s Daughter Passed Away Unexpectedly on Monday

Kevione Faulk, the daughter of Super Bowl Champion and assistant football coach at Louisiana State University Kevin Faulk, died unexpectedly on Monday.  

The news of her death was announced on twitter by the LSU football team. The cause of death hasn’t been determined yet. 

Kevione attended LSU and worked for the football team. Her father is the coach for the running backs, and played on the football team in the 1990s. Kevin was promoted to the running backs coach last year, after spending the 2018 and 2019 seasons at the team’s director of player development.  

Kevin became a standout running back at LSU and was named an All-Southeastern Conference for 1995, 1996, 1997 and 1998. During his four seasons at LSU, Faulk was able to rush for 4,557 yards and 46 touchdowns, which are still on the school records today.

After leaving LSU and being drafted to New England Patriots, Faulk played his entire 13 seasons with the same team, and won three Super Bowl Championships.  

The details around Kevione’s death remained unknown, and her father Kevin hasn’t made an official statement yet. He did retweet a photo of his daughter on twitter.
