Blackburn is representing Jenks and multiple women who alleged the couple drugged and sexually assaulted them. In a March press conference, he announced he was seeking criminal charges on behalf of his clients.
“Jane Doe six was suicidal as a result of this,” Blackburn said. “My focus is getting these women justice, and making sure T.I. and Tiny and their associates are held accountable for the reign of terror they visited upon these women.”
One unidentified woman accused the couple of assaulting her when she was 17 years old. She alleges Tiny gave her medicine and afterwards she woke up the next morning naked in bed with another intern.
T.I. and Tiny’s legal counsel say the couple strongly denies the allegations. The rapper also addressed the accusations on Instagram in January.
Since the allegations were made public, VH1 suspended filming the couple’s reality show T.I. & Tiny: Friends & Family Hustle.
