The child suffered a single gunshot wound to the torso.
The suspects have been charged with five counts of attempted murder and five counts of assault and endangerment, based on witness statements and shell casings discovered at the scene.

“Today is an important step in my office’s continuing effort to seek justice for Fanta,” Stollsteimer said. “Under the laws of this Commonwealth, my office has determined that Ford and Strand should both be held criminally liable for the murder of Fanta Bility, as well as for the wounding of all of the bystanders.”
Ford and Strand aren’t the only individuals in legal trouble due to their actions that day.
Bility’s mother and siblings are suing Police Chief Joseph Kelly Jr. and at least three Sharon Hill cops who reportedly killed her as people were leaving the stadium, according to CNN.
Family attorney Bruce Castor Jr. said he wants the focus of the investigation to be placed on the officers, who are accused of intentional wrongdoing, unreasonable and excessive use of force and purposeful disregard for the child’s constitutional rights.
