Former NBA superstar turned businessman Shaquille O’Neal paid for an engagement ring a customer was going to purchase at a Georgia jewelry store.

The moment was captured on video and posted on Instagram.

The Lakers legend can be seen in the video giving his credit card to the salesman and shaking the hand of the man for who he purchased the ring.

He talked about his good deed on TNT Tuesday night after the video went viral.

This is not the first time O’Neal has been a good Samaritan. In July, he helped a woman who became stranded on a Florida highway after her tire blew out.
