T-Pain Uses His Platform To Shine the Light on New Creators

Since 2004, T-Pain has delivered bangers on bangers to radio, collaborating with almost everyone from Kanye West to Taylor Swift. His distinctive sound influenced the auto-tune revolution of the early 2000s and his longevity is because he remains an innovator to this day. 

Additionally, he is an author of a book called “Can I Mix You a Drink?” where its about the 50 cocktails from his life and career since he started his journey. 

“I figured I could create something that people could actually use and something that people would open multiple times instead of a one read good,” T-Pain said. “I wanted to make a book that people would enjoy at parties and open up multiple times even when they’re alone.”

Recently, T-Pain entered a partnership with the platform Twitch, and one of his first projects with them is a song called I’m Cool With That

“The partnership itself is a way to really highlight more smaller musical creators on the platform,” he said. “I’m the music ambassador at Twitch now, which means I go through I find smaller streamers that are doing music streams and I put them in the forefront. I host them with thousands of people, I bring thousands of people to their channel, and I basically shed light on smaller people in the industry doing music on Twitch.”
