Earlier this month, Vanessa Bryant won a case to disclose the deputies’ names, BNC reported.

The four officers, Los Angeles County and its sheriff and fire departments, were named as defendants in an amended complaint that was filed on Wednesday, according to CNN.

According to the complaint, Cruz allegedly “boasted that he had worked at the scene of the accident where Kobe Bryant had died” two days after Bryant and Gianna’s death. He also allegedly shared pictures of the crash site with a bartender, a patron and his niece.

A customer said that the bartender told them he saw the photos and filed a complaint to the sheriff’s department.

In a statement to CNN, the Association for Los Angeles Deputy Sheriffs President Ron Hernandez said, “We respect the judge’s decision. Our main concern is for the privacy of all parties involved.”
