A white woman in New York was caught on video using a racial slur against a Black employee at a bagel shop on Sunday.

The video, which has since gone viral, was posted on Instagram and was filmed at the counter of the Davidovich Bakery in Essex Market on the Lower East Side, according to New York Daily News.

The woman was not wearing a mask and security guards told the employee it was up to him to decide if he wanted to serve her. 

When he denied her service, she said “Why, cause he’s a b—h a– n—-r?”

She later identified herself as Stephanie Denaro of Queens, New York. 

The bakery praised their employee for his “professionalism” and response to the situation. They also said racism is not welcome in their establishment. 

Denaro said she does not believe in COVID-19 and thinks it is a hoax created to steal the election from former President Donald Trump.
